Lloyd Fillis started in Royal Rangers in 1976 as a Straight Arrow and received his Gold Medal of Achievement in 1990 (GMA#1777).  He has served in all areas of local Outpost leadership from Junior Commander to Outpost Coordintor.  He has also served as Deputy Sectional and Sectional Commander, District Public Relations/Promotions Coordinator, and Oregon District Commander. He lives in Liberty Lake, Washington with his wife of 25 years, Jennifer, and their five boys, Blake, Benjamin, Bradley, Bryson and Zayvion.  They all attend Spokane Valley Assembly of God Outpost #31 where he is the Outpost Coordinator.

Stephen Hackler started in Royal Rangers in 1994 as a Lieutenant Commander. Along with his wife Kim, they have been involved in ministry at Riggins Assembly of God for over 25 years. Of their 5 children, 4 of them have earned their Gold Medals in Rangers and Missionettes. In 2007 Stephen was appointed the District Training Coordinator for Southern Idaho where he began implementing the updated training format presented by the national office. In 2009 he was appointed the District Director and served in that position until 2016. During that time he oversaw the development of new outposts as well as training new staff members in various leadership positions. He has served on staff at various NRMC’s and has attended National Academy. Stephen earned his Instructor and Instructor Trainer Certificate in 2011 while attending LEAD Conference in Springfield, Missouri. He also is a Wilderness member of Frontiersman Camping Fellowship an honor he earned in 2011. He currently is the Discovery Ranger Commander and the Outpost Coordinator for Riggins Assembly of God in Riggins, Idaho.

Danny started in Royal Rangers in 1967 as a Trail Ranger in the vast woods on the Oregon Coast at the age of 16.  He graduated high school in 1969 and become a lieutenant commander in the Reedsport, Oregon outpost at the age of 17.  This, unfortunately, did not give him time to earn his GMA.  However as a young Commander, Johnny Barnes pinned on his Leaders Medal of Achievement a year later at NTC in 1970.  That qualified Danny to be inducted into the Frontier Camping Fraternity at the same camp.  This year Danny celebrates 51 years in service of Royal Ranger and 48 years in FCF.  Danny completed his Outpost Leadership , Advancement Levels (OLAL) in 2012 and Organizational Leadership Trail Platinum level in 2013.  He has received seven Outpost Coordinator’s awards and one District leadership award and currently has 10 Medals of Excellence (and counting) as well as his National Leadership Award in 2018.  He attend the National Academy in 2016 and joined the Northwest Region staff as Regional Training Coordinator in the same year.  He was a very decorated soldier for Uncle Sam earning the rank of Lt. Colonel in the US. Army, and is a dedicate soldier for Jesus Christ in the Royal Ranger’s ministry and welcomes the opportunity to work with all of his brothers in the NW Region and beyond.

Terry Campbell is from Great Falls, Montana. He and his wife Carolyn attend Northwest Family Fellowship.  He works for a Caterpillar dealership as a warehouseman / truck driver. He started in Royal Rangers in 1985. He has served as an Outpost Commander, Chapter FCF Scribe, and President, and is currently the District Training Coordinator.Terry has been busy for the past 20 some years working on Montana’s Ranger Mountain Property; Montana Royal Rangers has 30 acres 20 which were donated to them and 10 they purchased.   He has attended National Academy and Advanced National Academy. He has served on staff at National Training Camps.

Larry Norris grew up in Royal Rangers in Oregon as a boy, Cmdr Bob Killiin was my commander. He was asked by our prior Sr. Cmdr to get involved at Warm Beach Comm. Church Outpost for "Special Events" to help out. When his son joined Royal Rangers as a Ranger Kid he got more involved again. He decided to take Ranger Basics to be an effective helper/leader. Joined as Lt. Commander, Senior Commander, Completed NTC (Sep. 2008) Divisional Training Coordinator (Nov 2008) Leadership Medal of Achievement (Nov. 2008), Certified Instructor (Jan 2010), NWMN District Staff (Jan 2010), Royal Rangers Training Academy (LEAD 2011) Wilderness Vigil (July 2011) with a great bunch of fellow Rangers from the Northwest Region & N. Dean Kimber started with Royal Rangers in 1977. He has held numerous District Staff positions including: Deputy Director under Phil Wayman, Training Coord, and FCF President. Together with Phil, conducted many Leadership Training Events throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. In 1984 was appointed NW Regional Coordinator by founder and National Commander, Johnnie Barnes, serving a 6 year term.  When FCF Pathfinders was launched in 1992, Dean participated in the first Pathfinder trip to central Mexico.For 20 years directed the evening pageant services for the Northwest District Ranger Camp; designing and building stages, recruiting actors and writing pageant scripts.Dean and his wife Theresea live in Spokane Valley, WA and attend  Glad Tidings Assembly in Spokane, Outpost 53 and he serves as OP Coordinator. He serves asMarcus Whitman FCF Historian, and works with the Eastern Division and Outpost 31 activities. One of his specialties is making frontier capotes for FCF members.
