Junior Leadership Training Academy (JLTA) is a Royal Rangers ministry of the Northwest Ministry Network (NWNM) of the Assemblies of God. JLTA is the focal point ministry of the NWMN Royal Rangers for growing men of leadership for the future of the Kingdom of God.
The goal of JLTA is to build boys into men of God. Over the years graduates of JLTA have become:
- Outpost Commanders
- Ministry Students
- Missionaries

District camp with focus of instruction reinforced by activity. Boys will start a new journey in leadership development. This will be accomplished through instructional sessions on time management and a variety of leadership skills.

District camp with focus upon instruction reinforced by activity and leadership roles performed in other camps. The focus of the camp is the idea of the church: a part of a whole body. Boys may be project oriented and build or run events for the benefit of other camps and at times work as a Jr. Leader in the other camps.

District camp with focus upon instruction reinforced by activity and leadership roles performed while involved in a backpacking adventure. Decision making skills will be conservation and how our actions effect others will be developed through instructional sessions and on the trail experience.
