Dave Franklin

Dave Franklin began Royal Rangers as a boy in 1964 advancing through the Ranger program and earned the Gold Medal of Achievement. He was elected as District FCF Scout and also elected as the National FCF Scout in 1972. As a Pioneer commander, he earned the LMA and began attending National Training events throughout the nation. Dave has served in many Sectional, District and Regional staff positions including Sectional Commander, District Commander and Regional positions. He currently serves as the Northwest Regional Coordinator.
Dave also serves on the RR National Executive Committee and continues to serve as the Camp Commander for National Training Camps and other national training events. He also enjoys speaking at Ranger Seminars and Ranger camps and communicates easily on the boy’s level as he relates from his personal experiences.
He lives in Yakima WA with his wife Becky. Dave serves as the President of a nationwide Architectural / Engineering firm. He has 5 children and 4 grandchildren and attends The Stone Church, outpost 50, in Yakima WA.

Lloyd Fillis is originally from the Oregon District and relocated to Liberty Lake, Washington in 2007. He and his wife Jennifer, and their three boys, Blake, Benjamin and Bradley, attend Spokane Valley Assembly of God Outpost #31, where he is the Discovery Rangers Commander. He is a CPA and works for Clearwater Paper Corporation as the Director of Corporate Taxation.
He started in Royal Rangers in 1976 as a Straight Arrow and received his Gold Medal of Achievement in 1990 (GMA#1777). He has served in all areas of local Outpost leadership from Junior Commander to Senior Commander. He has also served as Deputy Sectional and Sectional Commander, District Public Relations/Promotions Coordinator, and Oregon District Commander in 2006-2007. He assisted as the NW Region ROTY Coordinator for a few years and he currently serves as the Northwest Regional Assistant Coordinator.

Bob Killin started in RR in 1978. He has served as an Outpost Commander, Sr Commander, FCF President, FCF Territorial Rep., District Training Coordinator, and Regional Training Coordinator. He started training leaders in 1983, first on the local level in then on the National level in 1986 serving on numerous training staffs including BSTC, NTC, and ANTC. He has been on 4 mission’s trips.
Bob joined FCF in 1981 advancing to Wilderness at 1987 Territorial at Liberty, WA.
He and wife Diana live in Hillsboro and are members of Life Church in Aloha, Oregon where he serves Outpost 49 as a Commander. They have 3 grown married children. He works as a production technician making circuit boards.

Terry Campbell

Terry Campbell is from Great Falls, Montana. He and his wife Carolyn attend Northwest Family Fellowship where he is Senior Commander. He works for a Caterpillar dealership as a warehouseman / truck driver.
He started in Royal Rangers in 1985. He has served as an Outpost Commander, Chapter FCF Scribe, and President, and is currently the District Training Coordinator.
Terry has been busy for the past 20 some years working on Montana’s Ranger Mountain Property; Montana Royal Rangers has 30 acres 20 which were donated to them and 10 they purchased.
He has attended National Academy and Advanced National Academy. He has served on staff at National Training Camps.

Randy Wright Joined Royal Rangers in March, 1986 at Ridgeview Christian Center in Spokane, WA when the Senior Commander (John Sleeth) show the Royal Ranger Story at church one Sunday night. Since then he has served as Outpost Commander in all age groups, Divisional Commander at Ranger Camp, Network FCF Vice President, Network FCF President and Regional Missions Coordinator. Appointed Territorial FCF Rep/ Trappers Territory/Northwest Region 2010 and National FCF Committee member. He joined FCF in 1994 and became wilderness member in 2000.
His training has involved completion of his LMA, attending NTC, Network Certified Instructor, Certified Instructor Trainer, attending National Academy (NTC Instructor) and NRA Certified Instructor in Muzzleloading Rifle. He has coordinated three pathfinders missions groups to Costa Rica, one in 1999, 2005 and 2009.
He lives in Spokane, WA with his Wife (Lisa) and has five children. They attend Ridgeview Christian Center, Outpost 83 and served on the church board for 6 yrs. Currently employed in Spokane, WA at Northwest Christian Schools as the Facilities Director/ 1996-current. Lisa is currently working at Northwest Christian Thrift Store in Spokane, WA.

Denny Wilcox received his first experience with RR in Salmon, Idaho in about 1982, serving as a commander for few months before moving to Boise. In 1989, got back into RR with his son, who has long since moved on, but Denny is still going. He has served positions of Outpost Commander, Senior Commander, Sectional Area Commander, Sectional Commander, District Training Coordinator, FCF Vice President, FCF President. Currently holds the positions of FCF Vice President, District RRA President and Regional RRA Coordinator. He has also served on a number of NTC staffs.
He and his wife, Janeal have 4 children, and are the proud grandparents of 9 girls ranging in age from 14 years to 2 months. They currently attend
Eagle Family Worship Center, Boise, ID.
